 Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions before continuing with your booking.

Parents Freedom Student Agency operates in good faith and with integrity ensuring that the needs of the Client and the Host family are met.

The terms and conditions are set out below for your perusal. Please confirm your agreement with these terms.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of completed application forms and when all funds have been paid and cleared through our BANK ACCOUNT.

Payments must be made at least 2 weeks before intended accommodation start date. We reserve the right to cancel any booking for which payment has not been received by the due date unless otherwise agreed by the Agency.

No agreement can be entered into between the student and host family for extended stay without prior agreement by the Agency. The Agency is responsible for the welfare of the student throughout the period stated on the booking form and reserves the right to withdraw support or responsibility for the student if it is considered unethical behaviour has occurred. Furthermore no further students will be offered to the host family by the Agency.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

In all cases the administration charge of £50 is NON REFUNDABLE.

Accommodation once paid for is subject to the following cancellation charges:

  1. 30 days or more prior to the arrival date – full refund less ADMINISTRATION CHARGE.
  2. 29 days – 8 days prior to the arrival date – refund of fees less 1 WEEK’S ACCOMMODATION CHARGE.
  3. 7 days - 3 days prior to the arrival date – refund of fees less 2 WEEKS ACCOMMODATION CHARGE.
  4. 2 days – 1 day prior to the arrival date - refund of fees less 3 WEEKS ACCOMMODATION CHARGE.

REFUSED ENTRY VISA

The official refusal document must be faxed to this Agency, once confirmed full refund of fees will be offered less the ADMINISTRATION CHARGE

MAKING PAYMENTS

Complete the booking form.
Pay the admin charge of £50
Pay all fees (where applicable) when booking is confirmed

COMPLAINTS

There may be occasions when problems will arise between the Student and the Host Family. In most cases these can easily be resolved. However in all cases Parents Freedom Agency must be informed as a matter of record. If the complaint is that of improper behaviour by any member of the Host Family the Agency must be informed immediately and the Student removed from the home. Parents Freedom cannot under any circumstances pay for hotel or other public accommodation if you decide not to accept alternative homestay.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Students are expected to understand the code of conduct within the home of the Host Family. This can be different with each family. The student will be visited by a member of staff from Parents Freedom on the 2nd day of arrival to ensure that the Student is made welcome and that he/she understands the house rules.

VISITORS

Students are not allowed visitors without the consent of the Host Family.
